The Individual 2002 & later

The Individual 2001 & earlier

The Individual is the journal of the Society for Individual Freedom. It is normally published two or three times a year and is edited by Nigel Meek.

The journal is published and distributed in hardcopy to members and opinion formers. We also make it available free as a downloadable PDF.

Please make your selection from the links at the top of the page. '2002 & later' takes you to the complete issues of The Individual published since Nigel Meek took over from Paul Anderton (1932-2006).

'2001 & earlier' takes you to summarised versions of earlier issues of The Individual and the SIF Newsletter. This archive is far from complete. The SIF published journals and newsletters under a variety of titles for many years before this. As a long-term project, we hope to fill the gaps.

All articles are published as a contribution to debate. Any views expressed in The Individual, including editorial comments, are not necessarily those of the SIF unless explicitly noted.

If you make use of any of the material in these publications, please make sure that the author, the journal and the SIF are cited appropriately.

We are always looking for high-quality libertarian writers. If you have an article that you would to have considered for publication, please contact Nigel Meek at editor@individualist.org.uk or via the SIF's postal address.
